Tavira Unlimited aims to continue to fight racism and xenophobia and to work toward greater social inclusion in a broader sense, thus helping to build a fairer world.
This movement expresses itself today basically through a cultural agenda that is both independent and inclusive, with all the work for it done by volunteers. It is distributed free, and features fairs, exhibitions, concerts, shows and other activities which provide entertainment or are of an artistic character, and which that take place within the Tavira council area, giving visibility to the work that the various associations and individual artists successfully develop in the city. It thus serves as a source of information not just for local people but also for potential visitors, as it is distributed by email to the hotels and guest houses in the area.
This weekly agenda reflects the cultural reality of everyday life of the Tavira council area, thus providing a database for those operating in the cultural sphere who might wish to develop its cultural life.
